Hot days keep on coming. The Philippine's Summer Heat is really on!

Today is the perfect time to share how beautiful our country is. How grateful a Filipino must who lives in a composing 7,107 island country. Philippines is the perfect place for a memorable, unwinding vacation. This is why I always say "It's One Of A Kind Philippines."

Every time I hear Nina’s own rendition of ‘Love Moves in Mysterious Ways’, I believe her.

Last night, when my officemates and I were having our dinner, we came to bully our friend, Rose’s previous love life. She told us that she has moved on from it. Then suddenly, the bullying strikes me. Yay!  “Did you ever fall in love?” –they asked me. The question has stuck me into silence, laugh less, speechless and loneliness. L

They told me that being in love with someone is much different from infatuating one.

Long, Short and Hard

Bukod sa “Hello” kong pagbati, may bago na kayong mapapansin sa mga susunod kong blog post.—ang “Kiyera!” (mula sa ibang pagbigkas ng aking napakagandang pangalang “KIER” o “Ki-yer” kung bigkasin ng iba). Ano nanaman ba ito? Wala lang, may mapauso lang at may mai-blog lang. Hehehe. Hindi. Gusto ko lang i-utilize (wow! Utilization!) ang isa sa mga features ng Blogger: ang Post template. O ang automatic na pagbati sa lahat ng blog post. Yes! It's Au-to-ma-tic! Gora lang sa Settings > Posts and comments > ang shoot!

Sisimulan ko itong gamitin dito sa post na ito. Kaya sa mga susunod kong post, bago ninyo simulang basahin, sabihin niyo munang: Mahabang ‘Kiii’ + Maikling ‘ye’ + at Matigas na ‘Ra!’ = “Kiii-ye-ra!”

Taking Advantage

Yey! May SM Advantage Card narin ako!

For Php 150.00 registration fee, any holder of this card can earn points every time he/she purchases to any SM stores. And earned points can be redeemed for any consumer products. (Oh di'ba? Parang sales clerk lang ng SM Department Store? Hehe). This is just my secondary reason why I decided to get mine. Primarily because of my irritation (don't get me wrong how I mean it when I say that I become irritated to them) to the cashiers every time I pay my items. UNLI sila? Paulit-ulit! Haha:

Cashier: "Sir, may SM Advantage Card kayo?"
BeKIERful: "Wala po eh."
Cashier: "Baka gusto niyong mag-avail?"
BeKIERful: "Hindi na po."
Cashier: "Php 150.00 lang po Sir."
BeKIERful: "Hindi po."
Cashier: "Magagamit niyo po yun points for..." *blah, blah, blah...

Cashier: "Sir, may SM Advantage Card kayo?"
BeKIERful: (Kunin ang SMAC sa wallet, then) "Oh yan!" *hahaha, joke lang ha!

This is just a temporary card . The permanent one will be released (or I can get) after a month from the date of my registration.

From my Mom's experience, sulit ito! She used her earned points for kilo and other ingredients of Spaghetti for my Father's birthday.

Ako kaya, anong item ang mapapalit ko using my points? Mmmm...

Congratulations Batch 2012

Allow myself to congratulate you all Batch 2012 Graduates for a student-job well done! You made it! Whew! Pa-burger naman kayo dyan! Haha!

I felt what you're feeling right now. Na lahat ng pictures niyo sa inyong Graduation rites ay excited nang i-upload sa Facebook. Pati yun Graduation picture gagawing Profile picture! Hahaha, ganyan din dati si BeKIERful. 

Sinabi mo bang "Sa wakas tapos na paghihirap koooo..."? Ah, ah, ah! Simula palang yan ng ating sunod-sunod na dagok na hirap ng real life. The REAL One. Mula sa paghahanap ng first (hopefully, would be the last) job, hanggang sa paggastos ng ating kikitain.

Hello mga BeKI! Ay, mga BeKIERful people pala! Haha.. Oo, ako nanaman nga ito. Ikukuwento ko ngayon ang kahulugan ng titulo nitong blog post ko.

Last Tuesday ito, habang nagtatrabaho kami ni Rosey, ang aking ka-Team at (mahirap man sabihin.. kaibigan? Haha).

Uy! Friday the 13th pala ngayon! Kakasabi lang ng DJ sa radyo. {WalaLangHaha}

Back to my story:

Tapos, biglaan nalang napunta ang aming kuwentuhan sa pagiging “Suplado” ko (daw?). Ang pagkakatanda ko, pinag-uusapan naming kung gaano kalabo ang aking dalawang magandang mata. Naks!

Lucky I'm In love

I mark the date yesterday as I finished reading one of Nicholas Spark’s masterpieces and the much-awaited novel-movie adaptation for this year, The Lucky One. After so many months.. sa wakas! I can’t wait to see it in the big screen!

It’s been almost over a year since I started reading as my ultimate past time habit. And I can’t imagine that I already read some of the best-selling novels of the best authors of this time. To sum up, I already read:

In random order: Francisco Jimenez's Breaking Through; James Patterson's Sam's Letters to Jennifer & Suzanne's Diary for Nicholas; Mitch Albom's For One More Day, The Five People You Meet In Heaven & Tuesdays with Morrie; and Nicholas Sparks' The Rescue, Safe Heaven, A Walk to Remember & recently The Lucky One.
