Bayeee 2011, Hayeee 2012!
It may not be like yours, but year 2011
had been my best as of now. I started it with my first job ever after finishing
college in November 2010. With that, my simplest dreams followed one by one. To
name a few, I was able to travel to two beautiful destinations here in the
country: Zambales, and Ilocos.
I was able to visit ABS-CBN and watch Showtime live.
I was able to transform(naks!) myself in wearing what I'd planned for months in our company's Christmas
party, haha.
And before the year ends, I was able to meet our quota!
These may be the simplest dreams compare to yours, but I treasure them and look forward to more big surprises Year 2012 will be giving me. At his best, I Thank God for these.

One Of A Kind Philippines: Ilocos
My second destination before the year
ends was in (drumroll..)Ilocos!!!
I'd spent more or less Php 4,500—not bad—with
my getaway buddies: Herlyn, Rose, Chen, Maria, Pao, and Pam.
Here's our itinerary:
Day 1: November 18, 2011; Friday
Thursday, November 10, 2011
It's Showtime
Along with my office mates Gem, Rose,
Chen, and Herlyn, we went to ABS-CBN's Building and got the chance to watch
Showtime live. We need to sleep for only two hours(from 2-4am) just to make
it.
We were toured around the TV Network
before watching Showtime. Went to the studio where shows like ASAP Rocks, Rated
K and TodaMax tape. We also learned that their cameras can manipulate these
studios, that they can be widened when shown to our TV screens compare to its
'narrow' actual size.
We saw MYX's VJ Iya Villania and TV
Patrol News Anchor Ted Failon while making a tour.
While waiting for the Showtime to air,
we were first choreographed four dance steps that were kind of simple, but with
a limited space from where we stood, it made us bump to each other.
SCREAM slash YELL slash CLAP slash
LAUGH, had all experience inside the Showtime studio.
Before going to work at 3pm, we first
had our lunch in Glorietta 4. Sort of tiredness and sleepiness felt in our eyes
after it.
Tiring yet enjoyed. :)

Prize tag
I've been wanting to have my own camera, ever since, aside
from Laptop computer. A camera that will
help me capture beautiful memories of my own beautiful stories. Naks!
Last night, BMS's latest blog entry caught my eyes. The
fashion-blog owner herself, Laureen Uy, offers her readers giveaways as her own
thanksgiving for her birthday. Even though I criticized her before for her one
blog post, I swallowed my pride and bravely joined her contest. Just for the sake of Nikon camera, haha!
By simply completing the "Because
of Nikon.." sentence, one can get a chance to grab the same.
With this simple instruction (and for about a minute of
thinking), I commented impromptu:
"...because of Nikon, every pose has its True meaning: true meaning of what our lives can bring to us. :) "

I hope my next
post is about my new camera, lol. =))
+Happy Birthday, btw. :)

65 Years of BOMBAstic Excellence
Time flies
so fast. So very, very fast. But nothing beats light, hehe. When I was browsing
my FB News Feed last night, I saw my former classmate's photo booth pictures (I
am one year ahead and an irregular student back in college) shot during our alma
mater's foundation anniversary. It reminded me of what we had about three years ago.
This was
shot during UE's 62nd Foundation Anniversary, September 2008. Sponsored by Globe Telecom.
More of this here.

Collect and collect, then collect
Hey, what do
you think is your purpose in life? Hmm, sounds weird, right?
Ever since,
whenever or whatever I think that this is
a special day!, I see to it that I have any thing that will remind me of
where I went or what I did, a souvenir. I've been keeping whatever piece
of paper I get whenever I travel, or go to events (like Junior-Senior Prom
Night in our high school days, I still have the Invitation card), dine in
restaurants (Tissue papers are the best ones. I write the special date and the
reason when and why I dine), and do (my next spare time pleasure aside from
blogging and reading) Movie-ing!
Anyways, the
question is basically for this Mont Blanc Card Holder/Keeper/Organizer (I don't know what it
is called) I received as a Christmas gift from our long-time neighbor, Kuya Lito.
It's been
about ten months from then that I still didn't decide to where to use it. Ten
months of being useless inside my cabinet. Then suddenly, after my mother and I watched a movie last night, I'd just thought of keeping the
other half of our movie tickets to this brown organizer. Great idea!
I am not
promising that I will fill all the empty sheets of this holder as early as next
day, but I am pretty much sure that this will be filled with memorable and
beautiful movies my eyes could ever seen on wide screen. Oh yeah!

F.Y.I.
Before collecting
movie tickets, I already have this bottle with cork (This was one of our
condiments' bottles in the kitchen!)
Inside is a
shell (labeled with name of place and date) gave by my team mate when we had
our team building in Anawangin, Zambales. Thanks Krisanto!
I find this
crafty and convenient for my planned getaway souvenirs: shells, beach sand and
the like.
So why not
start collecting your own? Watchu
think?
